Kurrara Designs Studio is not open to the general public. If you wish to contact us, please send us a message or click on the Chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.

No, we do not offer classes and workshops on-site.

All digital papers are provided as A4 images at 300 dpi in jpeg format (5 - 8 MB per image) and provide quality prints in both A4 and A3 size.

For Windows 10/11

1.    Locate your .zip file in your Downloads folder

2.    Right click on the file

3.    Select Extract All from the drop-down menu

4.    You should now see the individual .jpg files in your Downloads folder

5.    If you don't immediately see your .jpg files, try refreshing your Downloads folder

Note:   For Windows 8 or earlier, you may need to first install a third-party zip/unzip utility, which you can find on the internet

For Apple Mac

1.    Locate your .zip file in your Downloads folder

2.    Double-click on the file and the Archive Utility tool will then unzip the files 

1.    If you are using a computer, open the image file in your favourite graphics program and select the Print option.

2.   If you don't have any additional programs such as Photoshop:

      a.  on a Windows PC, open your image in Window Paint to print it.

      b.  on an Apple device, open your image in Preview to print it.

3.   If you are printing from your mobile phone and having problems trying to print the image, refer to your phone's User Guide or carry out a quick search on Google, where you will find plenty of help available on how to set up your phone with a printer.

Note: You may also need to download a specific App for your phone, but both your phone's User Guide and Google will be able to help you get the right one for your specific make and model.

4.    If you are having problems printing the digital papers that you are unable to resolve, please send us a message or contact us via the Chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. 

No, you cannot on-sell these digital papers and you also cannot amend them and then on-sell them as your own products. Copyright for these digital papers is held exclusively by Kurrara Designs.

Yes, you certainly can. The aim of these papers is to give you something that you can use to produce your own designs and products that you can then enjoy of sell as you wish.  You cannot, however, on-sell the digital papers themselves, or an amended version thereof, as your own product.

No, we currently do not offer discounts on our products.

As all items currently sold on this website are of a digital and downloadable nature, refunds cannot be given. In order to ensure that you will be happy with your digital paper downloads, you are strongly recommended to try one of the free sample downloads first. These are produced to the same size and resolution (A4 at 300dpi) as the rest of the digital papers that are available for purchase and can be found on either the Downloads page or here in the on-line Store.
