Instructions on how to Download Your Products

With the exception of the free samples, which are already provided as .jpg files, all the digital paper downloads are provided as .zip files. When you have completed an order you will have the opportunity to download your products either by clicking on the link on the screen, or by clicking on the link in the confirmatory email (Order Shipped) that you will receive in your inbox.

Once you have downloaded your file, you will need to unzip it in order to access the individual jpeg files for each paper within the collection. In order to unzip your file, you will need to do one of the following:

For Windows 10/11

1.    Locate your .zip file in your Downloads folder

2.    Right click on the file

3.    Select Extract All from the drop-down menu

4.    You should now see the individual .jpg files in your Downloads folder

5.    If you don't immediately see your .jpg files, try refreshing your Downloads folder

Note:   For Windows 8 or earlier, you may need to first install a third-party zip/unzip utility, which you can find on the internet

For Apple Mac

1.    Locate your .zip file in your Downloads folder

2.    Double-click on the file and the Archive Utility tool will then unzip the files
